The City has a leaf collection and limb pick-up service for all residents. The Limb Pick-Up Service runs year-round every Tuesday and Thursday, weather permitting.
The Leaf Collection Service is seasonal and begins the first Thursday in November and ends the last Thursday in February.
Once you have your leaves or limbs to the curb, call City Hall at 731-784-7782 to add your name to the pick-up list. If you leave a message, please be sure to leave your address!
Early voting will take place at the Madison County Agriculture Complex located at 309 North Parkway, Jackson, TN from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, and from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm on Saturday. Please see the link below for the early voting period for each election.
Voters in Three Way will vote at Three Way City Hall located at 190 Three Way Lane on the day of the election (if you did not vote early). You must present a current or expired photo ID issued by the federal or Tennessee state government when you vote in person. College student IDs and IDs issued by local governments or other states are not accepted. Learn more about exemptions and how to get a free photo ID at GoVoteTN.gov.
The Madison County Election Commission has moved to 1981 Hollywood Dr., Suite 200, Jackson, TN 38305 effective September 2023. Early voting is at the Madison County Agriculture Complex located at 309 North parkway, Jackson, TN 38305

The City of Three Way has formed a partnership with the Madison County Sheriff’s Department to add two designated deputies to the Three Way area effective February 1, 2016. Their office is located at the Fire Station Precinct at 172 Three Way Lane.
