Plan submittals must include:
Site layout and topography (include TDEC Notice of Coverage, if applicable)
Architectural, structural, and life safety plans
Electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and gas layouts
Septic or well approval from the Madison County Health Department

Inspections must be scheduled by the permit holder or an authorized representative.
